Bayne, Snell & Krause
has been providing legal services to a large variety
of clients in San Antonio and South and Central
Texas for over thirty years. Bayne,
Snell & Krause is an association of a limited
partnership, Snell & Snell, L.P., and an individual
practitioner, Don Krause.
Bayne,
Snell & Krause is primarily a trial
law firm with an emphasis in commercial
litigation, personal injury, professional and
medical malpractice, and consumer law.
The firm represents a wide variety of clients,
plaintiffs and defendants, from large national
corporations to individuals, in claims involving
commercial disputes, fraud, accidents, insurance
claims, medical and professional malpractice,
labor and employment, products liability, deceptive
trade practices, and construction litigation.
Don Krause
is a practitioner who handles cases in civil litigation
with an emphasis on commercial and banking matters.
He has practiced in San Antonio and South Texas
for over thirty years, representing the interests
of both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Mr. Krause
is a past chairperson of the Consumer Law Section
of the State Bar of Texas and has served as an
adjunct professor at St. Mary’s University
School of Law.
Snell
& Snell, L.P. is comprised of the father-and-son
team, Barry Snell and David C. “Clay”
Snell, who have distinguished themselves in the
Central and South Texas legal community. Barry
Snell, with over thirty five years’ experience
as a trial lawyer, is board certified in Civil
Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization
and is recognized as a Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly
Magazine, a distinction given only to ten percent
of lawyers in Texas. In 2005, Clay Snell was recognized
as a Rising Star by Texas Monthly, a distinction
given to the top lawyers in Texas under the age
of forty.
Bayne,
Snell & Krause offices with attorneys
Bryan Woods, John Harrison, and Allen Cazier and
often associates with these attorneys on various
cases.
Recognizing that many individuals
and businesses lack the resources to pay for legal
services up front, Bayne, Snell & Krause will
accept certain cases on a contingent fee basis,
meaning the client is not required to pay any
fees or expenses unless a recovery is obtained.
