He has practiced in San Antonio and South Texas for over thirty years, representing the interests of both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Mr. Krause is a past chairperson of the Consumer Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and has served as an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s University School of Law.

Snell & Snell, L.P. is comprised of the father-and-son team, Barry Snell and David C. “Clay” Snell, who have distinguished themselves in the Central and South Texas legal community. Barry Snell, with over thirty five years’ experience as a trial lawyer, is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is recognized as a Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine, a distinction given only to ten percent of lawyers in Texas.
