David Clay Snell is the best attorney we have ever had. He helped us win a very difficult slip and fall wrongful death lawsuit. He was very professional, had us use Zoom for meetings before we had one with the mediator. There were 5 of us with 2 or 3 siblings who had to travel for business. He was very organized, great at explaining the importance of the mediator and what to expect. His office manager greeted us when we went to his office and paid attention to all of our needs making sure we were taken care of. I wish I could remember her name.

Working with Attorney David Clay Snell was not what I was used to. Clay was awesome! We had a slip and fall wrongful death lawsuit between 5 siblings. Clay had us meet using zoom to make sure we were able to communicate with the mediator later on. He made sure to include dates and times as 2 siblings did quite a bit of traveling. His office manager was very organized, thoughtful, and helpful. I can't remember her name but she greeted us as we came in. Although these types of cases are hard to prove, we won our case. If I ever have need of an attorney again, he's the one I hope to have a contract with. Thanks very much!

Clay and I have had several cases together through the years. He represents his clients with tenacious compassion. He tried an emotional and fierce medical malpractice case involving the death of a young mother which I defended in 2014.
